What is the difference between Physical Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Yoga Sessions, and Wellness/Health Coaching Visits?
Physical Therapy and Trigger Point Dry Needling are defined as skilled care involving the treatment of pain or dysfunction related to an injury. It can be provided in-person and virtually to people physically located in Colorado.
Yoga Sessions can be a structured, private class that may include breath work, dynamic warm up, asana flow and savasana. Alternatively, Yoga Sessions can consist of pose break-down and progression to manage an injury or to simply elevate your asana practice.
Exercise Programs are designed for recreational and competitive athletes of any age seeking assistance for injury prevention, strength gains, cardio improvement, etc. to work towards targeted exercise and sport goals.
Health Coaching/Wellness Visits are designed for people of any age looking to improve their quality of life in a holistic way. This may include an exercise program, healthy eating, stress management, sleep habits, headache/pain patterns and triggers, and/or lifestyle changes. Wellness can include "Care Coordination", or help navigating the complex healthcare system.
How do virtual visits work?
Virtual visits are performed over Google, Zoom or Doxy.me. A detailed description on how to connect will be provided prior to your appointment.
How do I pay?
Options to pay for virtual visits include: PayPal or credit card via Square.
Do I need a doctor's prescription for Physical Therapy?
Can I use my insurance?
Yoga Sessions, Exercise Programs and Health Coaching/Wellness Visits are typically not covered by insurance.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your goals. Each session provides education, resources and empowerment. We will effectively and efficiently work towards your short-term and long-term goals.

Our aim is to help people find their healthiest and happiest life! Sessions are client directed based on your specific short-term and long-term goals.

Do you communicate with my doctor?
Yes! Our goal is to provide the best care possible to all clients, which may include discussion with your physician. Any information shared with your providers will require a written release per HIPAA guidelines.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that life happens! We strive to be understanding and as flexible as possible. That is why our cancellation/no-show policy results in no charge if appointments are cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a 50% visit charge will occur. "No Shows" for appointments will incur a full visit charge.
